What was the leadership thinking? The new Talent Acquisition hiring is rude especially Ms. Blondie. Has taken over and run roughshod over the folks who have been here for years. She is supremely uncofident...give her 1 suggestion and she will make it official without any thought process. And of course she has other Amazoners supporting her above her. TA is digging its own grave. I am expecting half the team to quit due to her. Bad bad hire decision. And where is the VP sleeping? Does she even know what is happening at her lower levels? #
