Currently an SDE2 (L5) at AWS, received a cold reachout from a docusign recruiter on linkedin, saya they py competitively. Was wondering about the work culture and pay scale compared to AWS. Looking for inputs from anyone who worked or is currently working there. Yoe: 4 Tc: 225k

Better wlb and very similar pay scale
Way better work culture by miles. And pay is def on par with it higher than Amazon depending on your role and level
