Does Adobe allows international transfer to Canada?

I see on Adobe website that they have office in Canada, I am joining Adobe India after two weeks, just wanted to know, does Adobe has tech office in Canada and if yes, can i move there in future? I have offer from salesforece which has tech office in Vancouver, Canada but I prefer to join Adobe India as of now. Both tc are around 42 Current 18 Yoe 4.8 #tech #offer #Salesforce #adobe
