I recently joined Amazon and saw 6 ppl in my org leaving Amazon (the whole org has less than 40 ppl). Some of them probably left voluntarily, but some of them , eh maybe not voluntarily. But we are stack ranking people for promos only now.. shouldn't these low performers be measured against this cycle? If so why did they already leave? Is it oo many ppl leaving at the same time to be a mere coincidence?
