Does Apple sponsor greencard on day 1
I’m interviewing with Apple. Just wondering if it’s possible to negotiate greencard sponsorship together with offer. If not, do u know how long will Apple start the greencard sponsorship? I’m running out on h1b. Thanks for your sharing!
I waited one month to start the process with Apple. I think it makes sense to wait juste a little and make sure this is a team you can stay one or two years in because you will be stuck there for the first part of the process!

In FAANG usually nobody cares about when you initiate it. As soon as you are in all the systems, you can start the process. Pretty much day 1 however I'd wait to get at least one pay stub to ensure every thing is in place.

If you count day 1 as your joining day then they start GC day -15 considering h1 takes 2 weeks
Do you mean they can start GC at the same time with H1b? Do they do that for all employees or just a few?
Yes. I can’t vouch for all employees. If they need you badly they will do it along with h1B
