I'm a "person of colour" and hate everything about DEI. I wouldn't be surprised if the most engaged people in DEI are narcissistic - they always seem to make it about themselves and if it's about others they are quick to grab selfies and plaster the pictures on social media for brownie points.
I have come to the same realization. When you take a look at narcissistic personality disorder, the biggest tell is that they are always the victim. So now you have all these victims who are competing in the victim Olympics. People at the top, or the narcissists that are so good at what they do that they fool other narcissists. That’s why organizations like BLM have so much of an issue with embezzlement.

I noticed many of the DEI leaders at the last three companies I have worked at are white blond women. It doesn’t mean anything maybe 🤔 but I noticed.
