Does Facebook / Meta review your Facebook or Instagram account when interviewing candidates?

As a candidate for a role at Meta, are my fb/ig accounts being privately scored as part of recruitment filtering? For example, if my FB/IG account is not blocked by anyone that would be considered as a ‘clean’ account whereas if I have been blocked by 10 people, that would be considered as having to perceive as a social demerit red flag, which would not work for me as a potential employee?

Ain’t nobody got time for that. I don’t even look at resumes before interview starts. Most candidates don’t convert.
