If Blind is sending info to doubleclick and other trackers, can we really take Blind’s privacy seriously? Pretty sure outside trackers such as google will be able to construct who a person is.
Joining Google soon. I’ll have to stop trolling on blind ☹️
Nah! You're good, fam!
There is no such thing as digital privacy anymore unless you’re someone like Edward Snowden and have detailed insight into how your data is collected from corporations, government entities and other countries.
Lol, if you ever thought you couldn't be tracked on this app you're an idiot. From day one I assumed meta knew exactly what I was typing up on here.
Privacy on a platform means that they will not readily provide direct identifying data about a user to anyone. It does not make any claims about anyone not being able to reconstruct it.
I already fundamentally assume Blind is sending (aka selling) all sorts of info to companies. I think anyone that thinks otherwise is naive
There is no much ads on Blind, so how it makes money? You tell me.
Ads.. theyre there
Working population views and statistics. Blind technically has more transparent data than even LinkedIn when it comes to employee views. This doesn't have to be identifiable as it's about a population, not an individual. This isn't a bad sell by itself.
There's a company called MobSquad who contacted for visa. Like an actual person messaged me on LinkedIn regarding an option. The possible way they could've done that is through Blind and looking into what I searched, and that's super creepy
My last post here
How many mins before Blind censors the post and blocks me? 🤦🤣

The default thought process for privacy on any app should be shaky.
