How much does HSBC Global market pay for band 4 and 5? Any one know about
In London, within the Digital Banking team, there's quite a gap between band 4 and 5. Maximum for band 5's is £75k/year (and this is very rare). Average for 5's is around £55k/year. But for Band 4 it could be up to £110k/year. On average it's £90k/year. Bonus is based on company performance plus your performance. For top performers (highest level), your bonus could be up to 30%. Again, this is rare. The typical ones are anywhere from 8-10%
This looks pretty low
Is digital banking division part of the investment bank arm / global market arm? Is so, this number looks less than other similar banks…

Hi @HSBC, can you refer me for new grad SDE roles? (will be graduating in summer 2022 and currently intern at an Investment management company)
Above looks reasonable stats
There’s a different thread where someone mentioned salaries of up to 175k for GCB 4. Not sure what is correct or maybe there’s a insane difference in salaries inside our company for same GCB
Depends on department and country. but still 🥜🥜 compared to other banks and yeah forget about bonus
Forget about increment as well.
In the investment bank arm, what is like for band 4 ?
Be more specific op. Location/dept etc?
