Does IBM reject because of accommodation requirements
Hi, I would like to ask if IBM rejects considering a candidate if they say yes in accommodation form asked to fill before taking assessment test.
Likely not. Questions are just for formality. It all depends on your performance.

Lol. No definitely not. Ibm might have some issues, but not appreciating diversity is not among them.
No they usually bump you if you say no travel.
In my office we have 4 people that need pretty significant accommodations. That has never been a reason I have seen.

IBM does not. It's a legitimate question often asked in large compliant organizations.
Legally they can't. IBM is also big on diversity and different perspectives, etc. Accommodations don't count against people in the location where I work (I interview people and am involved in the hiring process in my location). I can't say it doesn't happen anywhere but it's such a big company that different sections can be run in completely different manners. I'm sure someone somewhere breaks those rules but I haven't seen it and would call attention to it if I did.
Likely not if it’s a legitimate need. IBM is pretty good about that stuff.
