On levels.fyi Intuit has pretty much the exact same perks as G/FB and with a much higher $ value. How accurate is that?? https://www.levels.fyi/benefits/?companies=Google,Facebook,Intuit
Shuttle buses, free food, baby cash, wellness reimbursement, daycare reimbursement, free vending machines, cell phone + paid service etc. that’s some fuzzy math to think Intuit’s benefits are worth 50% more than FB
G/FB pay more than Intuit (generally), therefore the value of the PTO there is higher. Lunch is a $4-5k perk. Breakfast maybe $2-3k. Collectively, food is $6k. I have meaningful doubt intuit offers such great health packages and misc. reimbursements that exceed G/FB, considering they don’t offer the $6k per year food perk.
Intuit offers ESPP at 15% discount, which is pretty significant + donation match. These are both in the list, but not the screenshot and may contribute to the value
Phone, Phone plan, home internet reimbursement. Does Intuit have those?
Internet and phone plan are trivial. You're not supposed to use your company phone for personal.
You can use one phone and have a work/personal profile on your phone.
The list of perks is correct but the overall dollar value is obviously incorrect because you won't uniformly use every perk. You should do your own calculation based on which perks are important and will actually be used by you.
Intuit offers a way more than G/F. I would say it’s accurate and even missing some other benefits. Feel sorry for the ppl who Mark it as wrong. ESPP, MSPP, 401k are great ones. Complete WFH set up($1500)
I'm pretty sure none of our sites have on site clinics. None of our cafes had free food, just free snacks.
Intuit has outstanding benefits IMHO: ESPP up to 15% of your base up to some limit 401k match 125% for first 6% of your salary Shutdowns on July 4th week and end of year. Started during covid. During Covid: Extra 2 weeks of sick leave + 1 month of family support (approval required) Parental Leave - 3 months Complete WFH setup. Probably ordered 2k+ worth of stuff Free phone (upgrade every 2 yr) + Connection 1000 per year which can be reimbursed towards certain things (list is huge & relevant) Home internet reimbursement No meeting afternoons for ICs Hybrid post covid And more... Grateful! 🙏

What's the point of putting an aggregate number without giving the breakdown? Is it counting adoption credit as 10k?
ckeck out the link, the perks are pretty much the same?
Then how is Intuit 10k more? I want to see the math. Intuit doesn't have meals, that's the big one. Aside from that probably pretty similar tbh. I worked at both FB and google and didn't really use much perks aside from food.
