Your initial RSU is what is used. For example if you get 100k when signing your contract, that pays out every quarter for 1 year (no cliff). Then after yearly reviews that number may go up, but it will not go down. That is my understanding
I did not get any bonus/free rides after being a customer for 4 years straight
