Does Nvidia pay more than Amazon?
At Amazon middle management is lame, culture is toxic but pay is ok. Nvidia seems to have much a better culture of innovation I wonder how much does nvidia compensate its hard working ICs. What are bands of IC levels?

Nah, pay is nowhere close to Amazon. But I can say that it’s not a sweatshop. People seem to like what they do here.

Nvidia company is doing great but it does not throw as much cash as Amazon does. Even the rsu are no where close. People working in Nvidia are only rich because of the stock sky rocketing. The pay from company side is not comparable. Put aside the stock growth, If Amazon is tier 1 pay, then Nvidia would be tier 2 or 3.
Which numbers you have in mind for tc without stock in both companies? Amazon tc also depends heavily on stock growth…
