Pay is pretty low in this field. How I can move Out from QA field?
How I can move our from this field.. Management role or Dev role ?
Try if you can project your resume as a DevOps/Tools engineer FAANG and some midsized companies like Pure Storage, Splunk have tools engineers who are basically software engineers developing automation tools
Move to QAM then to SDM.
It has a future. Outsourced QA finds the same bugs over and over. There is value in having it in-house with institutional knowledge. If you aren’t happy, but want to stay in tech, move to QA automation, then to QA management or a dev role.
Try SRE
Is there any benefit if I do Nanodegree from Udacity in data engineer or data science to move out from QA
Unless you are moving in-house and already have a relationship with the hiring manager, doubtful.
Anything is possible! If that's what you're interested in, go for it! In the interim, try to get a QA assignment on ETL pipelines to become familiar w/ it.
No.
