Does Qualcomm have APB and QPB like Intel ?
Hi, I recently got offer from Qualcomm and in confusion whether it's a good move or not. Does Qualcomm offer same benefits as Intel ? Sabbatical ( I think no) 13 days of paid vacation APB QPB Can anyone from Qualcomm help answer these ? Current TC 138k B + 8kQPB +8k APB +17k stocks = 170k Qualcomm offer : 161k + 75k stck/3 yr = 186kTC + 30k JB Location : Santa Clara YOE 5.5Y Thanks

They do have annual bonus which is 10-20% of base salary. Didn’t your recruiter mention about this?
I would not count joining bonus as part of total compensation. It’s only for first year. Next year onwards it won’t be there.

Qcomm will not have apb/qpb... But there will be yearly bonus and better stock refreshers..
Your point here is very valid. Bring it to the hm and aim for 20 - 30% TC increase. I think you are almost there and need just little more negotiation. Congrats 🍾🎉🎊🎈
For 20k yearly raise, I don’t think you should take it, unless its the work that you truly love at Qualcomm. With 7 years you should at least get 220-230k TC.
OP has 5.5 yrs experience. Try to negotiate for initial rsu grant

75k for 3 years, I counted 25 k for TC per year
