Does Qualcomm help with filing supplemental J form to assist ex employee with Green card filing process?
It seems I have EB3 approved I140 from Qualcomm with current filing date. If Qualcomm helps to file this supplemental J form then I will be able to file AOS right away even though I don't work for Qualcomm. Any idea how to proceed on this?
