Does Qualtrics give refreshers?
I am expecting an offer from Qualtrics for L5. Wondering how much refreshers amount they give to the senior software engineers and what are their vesting period? #qualtrics #tech #offer

Thanks @EngSerf for the reply. Just wanted to check how are refreshers calculated. I recently got an offer and Recruiter told me that it is performance based but should expect it to be 15 percent of annual base pay. Is this understanding correct? With that it is coming to just 100k for me for 4 years. Op, did you get the offer for L5? On a similar boat, wanted to check if the details are coherent.

got an offer from them last year, no stock at all. 100% cash offer
