I get conflicting stories. Level is T4 if that makes a difference? What about cash bonus? What are the ranges?
Anybody know what the target bonus and RSU amount is at T4? This is for SDE in Bellevue.
Not sure about Bellevue, but in Vancouver we have something like 10-15% target bonus, which might be more or might be less depending on your experience. Rsu refreshers is not publicly discussed. I've got like 10% of TC every year of last 3 years

I get RSUs every year but no cash bonus. I’m also In sales so we aren’t part of the revenue enabling bonus pool.
Thanks. I'm beginning to think there is no consistency between SAP proper and the subsidiaries. Why is something simple like target bonus and RSU so difficult to figure out?
Yes, it is different between SAP and Concur. That also makes sense, as the target markets and sales effort required are not necessarily identical.
