Does SIG hire F1 students on OPT?
Had an initial call with HR and was asked basic questions such as visa status. Next thing I know, they are not moving forward with the process. Does SIG not hire people who need sponsorships (people who need H1b and do not already have it)

Probably only a little better than whatever Glassdoor says. Median pay here is not competitive for industry though I do think a few select teams here pay an asston. I’m getting a little more than what would’ve gotten from Bloomberg but I know I’m also getting more than what some intern/coop returns are getting.
