Does chase company have any issue with complete remote job? The manager insist for hybrid model after couple of months remote. Is that in overall chase or could be just this team?
No remote allowed unless you get approval from Jamie Dimon’s OC -1
I got a hybrid. Know someone who got full remote till end of year for the same location
I met a high level recruiter at a bar and he told me they really wanted people back in office and that was the goal from above
Grapevine says they're planning on full in office soon. So no remote at all
That is really poor with new norms of tech industry. Also I guess they don’t want to consider covid cases rising again and again.
Yeah, they don’t care. Have to justify real estate and the illusion that everything is fine and dandy in the world and finance. Who cares if there are constant outbreaks and people are dropping like flies. Also, massive attrition when it’s hard to hire good people. Just fill the spots with desperate folks who aren’t qualified bc that’s all that will work in office! Ughhh
Management doesn’t care about covid cases rising at all. No email communicating about confirmed cases for people sitting in the same area any more. Tons of team events, social events and ice cream socials because our dearest management thinks oh people are leaving, throw more ice cream. Like other Jpmcers here mentioned, no 100% remote at all and have to be in office at least 3 days a week for most teams.
The company is hybrid at this moment. No remote
