Basically the title. If anyone moved from Spotify to FAANG please share your experience. #faang #spotify TC: 205K (not US) YoE: 7
Bro it doesnât matter. Spotify and LinkedIn are great companies I had Facebook and google and Amazon reaching out to me / calling back when I worked for a small unknown tech company
I think what they meant is putting Spotify on LinkedIn đ
Recruiter at G here. Really any well known company is attractive. For me, I most of the time donât care where youâre coming from, can you help support the work that my hiring managers need. Thatâs all I look for.
Do you think your recruiter colleagues at Google are so far up their asses?
Wtf kinda question is this. Basically everyone uses your product and you're concerned recruiters don't care?
Yes. A friend of mine got callbacks from all Faaangs..... but he had a stellar resume (i.e not just spotify on it, but spotify was his last job before moving to his current faang).
In my experience none of the previous companies you worked at matters. Just the key words on your resume

Or maybe I'm just not with the times and Mia Khalifa/RaeLilBlack are the new hip tech buzzwords đ¤¨
