Do they do any hardcore development work? Is that experience any useful in future?

Wat? If you join as application developer, you will work on JavaScript to build apps on the Servicenow platform. If you join the platform teams, then it’s all Java. If you join the UI/UX team then it’s mostly reactjs
Depends on the area, there are some basic programming roles out there and some more specific ones. The company is expanding like crazy.
There's also a lot of opportunity on our infrastructure teams. Lots of puppet and Python.
Service now works on proprietary javascript which is of no use outside
Interesting. Which teams use it? And is there documentation of it publicly available? Finally, what the TC look like?
