Does it make sense to sign up for a 2-day SQL boot camp or some online resources such as Coursera are better/enough? I am from a business background and don’t know how to code at all. Not even SQL. They said I could learn how to write queries.
No need to learn sql unless your job profile needs it.
I want to apply for jobs in strategy and operations and they mostly require it
Then there are many resources on YouTube, udemy etc. No need to pay for bootcamp
Man learn it online
Stop thinking and just do something. Take then boot camp. It’s only 2 days out of your life, unless it’s exhorbantly expensively.
Highly recommend DataCamp. I learned very quickly with it
apply to work quickly as well later on ?
Yeah I did it while working on work projects with SQL, so prob better experience than most get. But yes translated easily. Working with Snowflake so some things are different but they have great documentation
