Ip that you use to connect to Citrix gateway etc can be reported on. You remote into a box that is local and then remote into Work. That should handle most monitoring cases. Turn off your office phone , that reports your location too since Most likely it’s a managed device

Yes, they can on go/creepy. But it’s unlikely they will look. But, whatever you do, don’t update the time zone on your calendar, else it will display the location you’re working from on your MoMa page! Have fun. Also, we get 4 weeks of work from anywhere time each year
