What cash flow per month will set you financially free
They are awful as a hiring manager. A good internal recruiter makes life so much easier. Keyword is good .
Why do you say so?
Speaking mainly from an internal perspectivec An good experienced recruiter is truly a talent advisor to a hiring manager beyond a resume bot. Navigating company hiring process and compliance, providing talent market data and coaching on must haves / nice to haves for the role based on on this market data (purple squirrels don’t exist), understanding a candidates true motivators beyond comp and advising on strategies to close during the actual interview loop / setting up effective champion calls, identifying red flags early in interview process so they don’t waste their teams time interviewing. The list goes on. They are many trash recruiters, but a good recruiter is such an asset for an HM. Agency recruiters can be good too! But at the end of the day, they are trying to make money. Internal recruiters don’t have a financial incentive to get some hired.
