Did you actually have to fill out the pre screen sheet? Make you have to answer a ton of questions beforehand
Run for your life. Worst company ever with bad culture. I stayed because pre ipo because there was lot of money. There is no incentive to join and they are in bubble. Run for your life.
With that all being said, pretty sure DD is still significantly better than E*Trade where a tradeoff like that may be worth the move.
