DoorDash salary range
A recruiter at DoorDash reached out for a job recently - after sounding really positive, and even though I met all the JD qualifications, got a rejection email today. Bit of a head scratcher. But for some reason the recruiter gave me really detailed comp info. So, as a present to the Blind family, here you go: Role: Marketing, Director, HCOL (not SF/Seattle): Midpoint: 204K base, 295K equity - 278K TC Max: 245K base, 353K equity - 333K TC Edit: apparently DD doesn’t consider my location HCOL
What’s the YOE? Agreed that seems low but idk the comp for marketing… I’ve heard of senior managers getting ~300K TC for another role (non tech, non product)
Seems low for DoorDash. Was guessing 400-500.
How much more does director make? 30% more than sr mgr? I think that’s a good range but I’m obviously missing something.
Seems low for a director - they’re giving regular marketing managers 200k TC
