It's no secret that San Jose is going to blow up soon. Sam Licardo is a god damn genius. Google, Airbnb, Adobe, Uber, Apple and a bunch of other corps are buying land in downtown and nearby in North San Jose. With a estimate I personally believe is underestimated that is a 235 million injection into the market. Is now the time to buy before it all gets completely gentrified?
Both sound played out
San Jose needs to deal with crime and homelessness first
It's not even as bad as SF fuck all that noise
Market crash coming. CA is one bad tax policy away from running corporations out of the state.
Doubt it. We're on the verge of chilling out. Trust me I'm conservative on taxes too but donate many others here
It's not like they can hand out any more free needles than they already do
Are you trying to sell something in Downtown SJ? 🤔
Buy
Be greedy when other's are fearful.
Areas around downtown are a ghetto with 1M+ houses. What would you buy there?
I just bought a 2-bed townhome in Japantown. I’m feeling pretty good about the place. SJ is trying to keep up with housing demand and doing a better job than many nearby cities, but it’s still falling way short relative to the number of jobs being created. The trains and freeways are gonna get busier.
Did you buy or got talked out? 😁

Bellevue/Kirkland is what really is going to blow up and appreciate further soon. G and FB are gonna hire a few thousand people there, not to mention MS and Amazon expansion.
Both could be good but realistically I think San Jose is going to appreciate much more in value
Heard they both reduced headcount from earlier plans
