Yep, this is a dev position, not a support engineer position.
It's a Dev position but you won't be working on anything customer facing or anything else cool within Dropbox. When I interviewed it seemed like it was just support tools for a couple hundred enterprise customers.

I believe that it's a SWE position building internal-facing products used in customer support. I'd choose something in between your two options in the poll.
