Dropbox Comp (Non Tech)
Interviewing with Dropbox for their data center capacity planning role (as a non tech Program Manager). This is with their supply chain group which roles under engineering. Location is SF. Recruiter wants to know comp range. Any insights ? Current TC : 165K/ 5 YOE (all in supply chain planning) Thanks in advance folks. #dropbox (Can’t find their channel ?)

Can you please elaborate? Are you talking about the competitive landscape they operate in or about the company culture ?

Dropbox has insane competition. It hasn’t done anything to keep up. So it’s going to die soon (look at the trend of their stock price). I don’t know anything about its culture so can’t comment
I’d ask for at least 200k for a TC.
