Don’t bother, new grad referrals don’t mean anything. The pipeline still moves extremely slow.

Yeah been 3+ weeks w/ a referral for me. Any way to speed up the process if you have an offer deadline? Or pretty much screwed?
Yeah, worth a shot though. If I were referring someone I'd change my name before I DM them anyway, but I just wanted to give a heads up if someone wasn't aware.
