Most management roles have a bonus target which is paid out at fiscal year end, June. Individual contributors receive RSUs
IC roles do not get any bonuses.
What’s the TC at Senior or Staff level?

Not that I'm aware of, but we do get a yearly RSU refresh. Vesting quarterly over 4 years.
