EM Salary at DoorDash?
Got an interview lined up for EM role at DoorDash. Currently M1 at FB? Worth the jump if they can beat my current TC? 500K How much will they pay for M1 #tech

Hey - any tips on getting into the EM track as an IC? I don't think I want to go through the TLM to Manager role at G - would take too long. Prefer to jump ship and land an EM role at a different place and jump back to G in < a year if things don't work out. None of the FAANGs will let me do that but wondering if I can get away with it at a smaller place.
