What is Disneys hybrid policy at the moment? How many days do they expect the engineers to be on site every week? Thanks in advance YOE: 5 yrs TC: 120k
Depends really on what part of disney you work under, I think parks and studios stick to the 4 days a week. DEET however is supposed to be 4 days a week... But no one really follows it or enforces it. The offices are a ghost town

Company policy is 4 days per week, typically Monday-Thursday and home on Friday but enforcement will GREATLY vary depending on segment, city, leader, and office.

I’m in a loop with them right now. Recruiter said it’s officially 4 days a week but it varies depending on the org and manager. The team I’m interviewing for is fully remote. SWE front end role.
4 days needed.
Has there been any layoffs at Disney recently, other than the one that happen early last year?
Small ones here and there like shutting down a call center for Disney store and the UX research team for streaming.
Officially it’s 4 days in the office. I have seen it is more at SVP, VP discretion. I have no idea what the spread is but there are probably some quiet teams that are very flexible if you won’t know until you speak with a potential manager/ team member.
