Can you share how many rounds you had and what were those rounds about?
Personally I wouldn’t work there. Most of the engineers are outsourced contractors and have no idea how to really assess skills. Also what I hear from management is very different than the employees which is a red flag.
interviewing for this one. can you share interview experience and the offer ?
There were some behavioral questions, lots of stuff about culture fit, and an easy coding exercise. The system design was very, very vague (even as far as system design questions go) about building an Instacart platform. The level of detail they wanted in such a short interview time made it pretty impossible to go over everything. The verbal ‘offer’ I got was a bit lower than I wanted, like $190k. In the end I didn’t really like the experience, the interviewers were all quite inexperienced. They didn’t seem like they enjoyed being interviewed themselves and it was very one sided. Lots of talk about no recurring meetings and lots of downtime for engineers to work by management but the engineers spoke a different tune. Anyway, good luck I ended up accepting a better offer for more with better WLB.
