What is Tata Consultancy Services?
Sorry I'm not Indian but I'd say more than a quarter of my Indian co-workers have that on their resume and now working here in the states. Is that the launching place to the states for Indians? I work for TCS. It might as well be a visa agency. TCS hires tons of Indians, throws them in the Visa lotto, and sends everyone they can to the US. They pay them very little and bill them out at jacked up rates. The quality of the candidate doesnโt really matter. There are rare good technical people high up that sell these warm bodies to companies. The quality of the โtalentโ is frankly embarrassing.
