Hey everyone, I’m about to start the interview loop at E*Trade for a senior analyst level, PM role. Could anyone from E*Trade give me a general background on how the PM org and culture is, especially post MS acquisition? Also, what is the TC range for senior analysts at E*Trade? I’m assuming this varies by department but a bit curious. I’d be more than glad to DM to discuss further specifics. YOE: 3 TC: 🥜
Currently interviewing at Etrade. Will DM you
There was a mass exodus of talented people after the close. I think that 110-130k is likely close enough depending on the org.
Gotcha, I spoke with the recruiter yesterday, he mentioned 90-100k, which is kinda disappointing, but maybe I can negotiate it up. Thanks!
*Update: Got an offer for 100k base and an EOY bonus. Thanks for the help everyone!
Congrats and thanks for the update! 🥳

What is the most prestigious new grad company in 2024?
I don't know about pm. But I interviewed there for a role there for software developer out of college they pay band for the role was 70-80k so I would assume aleast 100k -130k with your experience. I actually was looking into applying to DTCC how is they culture there and is the pay bands the same as the Big Banks?
Gotcha thanks for the insight. Culture at DTCC is pretty laidback, good WLB, pay bands are relatively the same as the BB banks, depending on organization. DM me if you want a referral!
Thanks I'll take a look what roles they have up. Last time I checked they seemed to only looking for senior level roles. Also how is the whole wfh situation. I'm located in NJ so I'm pretty close to that location.
