EY Advisory Manager SAP Salary
I got a verbal offer from EY for Advisory manager SAP - Virginia location. Please let me know what is the salary range for Advisory manager and how much should I negotiate for. TC : 130 K YoE : 13.5 Also preference available for other locations like Texas, California, Arizona and NYC for same position. I am from Midwest and not sure how much to expect for these locations.
Low. I made 185k as manager 5 with EY Advisory

Chicago. It is, but it’s not that much of a difference. Ask at what level of manager you would be coming in at. For M1 I think it is in the ballpark. But with 13 yoe you shouldn’t come in as M1. Try negotiating for M3 at least.
170k should be doable as M1
130k is a senior consultant salary at EY, definitely lowballed
No prior consulting experience I assume? 130k is a bit low even for SAP
