Hi does anyone know about earned leave policy like will I get it in form of cash when I leave the company This question is specific for Austin TX and eBay If the policy is not company dependent and the law is in general state wise then please let me know #tech #texas #austin

Depends what you signed and how much you got. Probably you have to return 50% if you only stay a year. After that it reduces depending on months left to year 2
True but let’s say there is a gap of just 2 weeks left then do they adjust or are they very hard on the date Also let’s say I am completing 1 year on August 5 so I should resign after August 5 or having my last day as August 5 is fine any idea on this ?
