Selling via Shopprop

Has anyone sold their property using Shopprop? It looks like there is a concierge fee for using their service and on top of that there is a buyer agent commission. It looks like it is more incentivized for the buyers and not so much for sellers. An example of how much I can save from the agent commission would be helpful. I can go with a traditional agent if the saving is not that much.
