If you haven’t interviewed yet I think you should talk to them and try to understand what the team you’re interviewing is doing. Purely technical point of view is good if you’re interested in wireless but just remember we’re not mainstream. We have a lot of issues like nnUO11 said, no doubt, and it’s getting bigger and bigger. Prepare your question well to carefully evaluate the team you’re interviewing with is solid or not. Learn from the capable engineers or TL.

I got multiple offers. I quit recently. Main reason being a bad manager.
I don’t like working here. Others might have diff views/experiences. Too much politics, sluggish employee growth, favoritism and inexperienced management. Good luck.
I'm yet to interview for a Software Engineer position. There are very few startups in wireless domain and this company seem to be doing some good stuff. I'm thinking from career growth prospective.
