Offer for a Senior engineering manager 220k base, 20% bonus 200k new hire RSU (over 3 years) 150k annual RSU (over 3 years) Location: Redwood city 1. Is senior manager level 22? How much is the range for the above numbers ? What should i push more on ? 2. How exactly do i compute the tc from this? is it 200k/3 only for first year for new hire? So are you getting 200k + 150k RSUs at joining time? I doubt it. If it’s just 200K at joining time, your TC is like ~300K
got it So that would be base 220k+ bonus 44k + 66k RSU = ~ 330k ?
Yes. Also, bonus is never guaranteed

one of the studios. i have 2 other competing offers but like this role better. can i push on RSU or sign on bonus maybe? the annual bonus will only kick in after year 1. that makes year 1 comp less than year 2 ?
