I’m in the midst of a job search in Seattle and just found out that my wife is pregnant. I’m curious what the eligibility requirements are to receive paid parental leave at a few of the larger tech firms. (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.) I’m concerned about moving to a new company only to not qualify for any paid leave. Any help would be great, thanks!
You must be on the receiving or giving end of a successfully culminated fornication episode.
Requirement is to be a Pregnator! 😂🤣
It sounds like you are asking if you need to have been employed at the company for a duration prior to taking the leave. This is governed by state and federal law. The company must allow you to take the leave and to hold your job open for you. What may vary by company is how much they will pay you while on leave and for how long. Hope that helps.
Correct, I more was wondering how long you need to be employed for to be eligible for paid leave.

Everything seems great with this guy, except basic attraction. What to do? My friends say it’s no big deal
Fb and Google have no requirements other than you must have become a parent.
Even you got MM?
