I got an offer from another company. I have accepted the offer, but they are yet to file for H1B transfer. Meanwhile, my Amazon employment has terminated. Do I need to inform the new company about my employment termination? Does that impact the H1B transfer application in any way?
Were you on PIP? Wondering how did your employment terminate suddenly?
Doesn’t matter. No need to tell.
You need to talk to your lawyer. Don't listen to the immigration "expert" here
Hey there! You don't need to tell your employer, but you should let the attorneys know. You will remain in status for 60 days from the date of termination(even after your previous company revokes your petition). If the Visa transfer petition is being filed and you receive the receipt within this time range, then there won't be any issues.
True this.

Why does leetcode get so much hate?
You should talk to a lawyer for sure. You are out of status currently and I think you have 60 days to find another job. Talk to the lawyer of your previous company and then let the new company know.
