They both are CRUD apps, so not like there is any meaningful difference in the work. Just pick based off of pay + location
how about meaningful difference in the name brand recognition? pay and location both are equivalent.
brand name recognition is the same at both to any competent recruiter, maybe slight edge to notion since its more of a household product. If your experience is anything like mine though, most recruiters you will interact with (esp ones at big tech) don't actually keep up with what smaller companies out there are good.
Agree with @Google. Even if there is great talent at either of these places you probably wont have many places to "express" it because they are basically CRUD apps at the end of the day. Just pick whichever one has work that aligns with your interests and goals. With that being said I think notion upside is low, I see it as having about the same market as Asana, which trades at around ~5x revenue. Notions last public round was at $10b and they allegedly have a ballpark of ~550m arr. IMO at $10b its pretty overvalued, going by the multiple that asana is trading at. Ramp has a stronger case if you want to capture some upside.
