Don’t think this is a thing in FB. I figure it’s just that FB doesn’t offer any fancy words like senior or leadership in job title, so people just go ahead and create the titles themselves. My understanding is that the tiles are just manager, director, and VP, but I might be wrong so wonder if any other FBers know more about this.

I'd say probably depends on the person. If he's that good and a master of his realm. Like how Johnny Ive is a design consultant to Apple.
Anything M1 and above is considered Leadership at Meta. Senior Leadership probably implies M2. If the person was Director, they would have mentioned that.
