Thank you updated the description
Are those RSU numbers per year or across three/four years?
Maybe 3-4 but with expected refreshers?
In that case, I would ask for more. Refreshers only fill the bucket but you have to start with big buckets to begin with. Otherwise refreshers don’t help
Oracle or GTFO. I hear WLB is bad, but money can cure anything
Over the 4 year timeline only $40K difference between the Oracle and Workday offers.
I’d look for other intangible that differentiate the two offers and underwrite the cost benefit of the $40K. I’m assuming that’s what you’re looking for.. If all roles are perceived to be equal then money wins
Workday has solid refreshes . Take the manager offer .
Thank you.
Which org at workday ?
C1 should be last preference due to forced stack ranking
Workday wlb depends on org. Workday you get refresher at minimum I think you can expect 20-30% min, max can be 40-70%, they are divided over 4 years.
In oracle you won't get refreshers
You're probably in the wrong team
Workday if the team is not doing XO
Workday for the better WLB
