Engineering resident converted TC
After converting to full time from engineering resident at Google, what's the expected TC? Is it negotiable with counter offers? Anyone who got converted similarly please help

For posterity: I converted in 2017. They refused to counter any other offers and paid every single person the same TC (except a masters degree got you like 5k more salary). Then it was 112k salary, 160k gsus over 4 years, 15% bonus. Salary has increased to above 125k now I believe. Not sure about stock

Sources from 2019-2020: Stock is 150k, salary is 126k and 132k respectively
Same boat. I did a post earlier and got that counteroffers for 'promotions' seem as if you'd want to leave. But our case is particular. Gotta make friends with the ones who graduated already and ask them π€· Β―\_(γ)_/Β―
