Unlike most people in blind, my TC is modest and # of years of experience pretty high š - hope you can look beyond that part of it while replying I am trying out EA/Senior EA roles in tech and tech like companies - Salesforce, Visa, Snowflake, Wayfair, Silicon Valley Bank, Adobe etc. Things are moving along and hoping to get a few offers in a few weeks. I am kind of lost when it comes to comp ask as my current TC is not great and as I have not looked for a job in many years, have very little idea about the market What would be the right comp and mix (base, bonus & RSU) for such a role (EA is usually director equivalent and Senior EA in some companies are Senior Director equivalent) Also, any thoughts on EA roles in the above companies - most roles I are product consulting due to my background but a few are product engineering as well YOE : 20+ Location : Texas #engineering #software #engineering #interview
