Epic Systems Compensation
Hello, epic systems people. I am getting an epic offer soon for SWE new grad role and I don't know what to expect. I have seen numbers from 85k-130k on different websites(levels.fyi, glassdoor, blind). What number should I aim for? #epic #epicsystems

Left there last year. Aim at >125k. Honestly I don’t think it is a good place for engineer. I don’t like the culture at all

There’s no negotiation. Every new grad gets the same and everyone finishing grad school gets the same.
Above 100k if master. Above 90k if bachelor. I had 105k with master but this was 2016
Used to work there. Good money for new grad
